In this video is one of the personal trainers who used to work for me.  He was going through a difficult time in his life and let’s just say that he was HIGHLY stressed.  He didn’t feel like training, and then he was getting angry at himself because he wasn’t training. (Sound familiar anyone?!)

The solution… Bring out the big guns! (Inspired by Ian O’Dwyer). Put one of the best functional movement tools on the market (ViPR) together with a humble balloon and movement. The result is an awesome, fun session that had him take his mind off his stress (if only for a little while) make him do some loaded movement plus get his heart rate up.And best of all!  Put a smile on his face!

Guys, the answer isn’t always working harder. Sometimes the answer is adding more fun and enjoying movement.
