Here is the Recommended enrollment design
1. PTM emails PTs the site address and course enrollment key
2. PTs create logins and enter the key to commence the course.

Basic Reporting:
- Activity Log: a real-time report shows your PTs learning behavior. e.g Bob has viewed the workshop exercises and then attempted the quiz. whereas Alex attempted the quiz without looking at the learning materials
- Completion report: how many modules your PTs have completed
- Attendance report: it shows the frequency of your PTs logging onto the course
