We were over there to deliver the second installment of the FMS (Freestyle Movement Specialist) workshop program to 55 of FF Asia’s top PT Managers & Personal Trainers.
Some of the topics included:
- Intro to TRX Rip
- Battling Ropes
- Power Bags
- Ballast Ball
- Max Ball
- Sports Nutrition
- MMA Conditioning
- Presentation Skills and more.
Created with PT Academy’s Blended learning philosophy, each workshop included some online pre-learning followed by an industry relevant practical face to face workshop.
Along with me on this trip was PTA’s very own Nathan Quinn, Krista Sirota, Andrew ‘Chaddy’ Chadwick and Tarek Chouja (Director of AIK – Australian Institute of Kettlebells). I have to say, I could not be prouder of my team for the way they performed and presented themselves over the week. With some added language barrier challenges (we had Trainers there from over six surrounding Asian countries, thus English was not their primary language) it was inspiring to see the team in action overcoming this issue and ensuring everyone left fully understanding the content and excited to implement change back in their home countries and clubs. They really blew me away with their professionalism, enthusiasm and passion and it is safe to say we left the FF Asia team thoroughly educated, entertained and empowered.
Truly world class fitness education delivered by a world class fitness team.
Great work guys and I know all the FF Asia team (and I) are all looking forward to FMS 3 in 2014!
