When it comes to Heart Health and exercise it’s a match made in heaven!!  We LOVE exercise! Everything we do is about promoting the benefits of exercise and empowering our students to do the same. So, when Feb comes around, we are very excited to get behind Heart Research Australia.

Wear Red and keep hearts beating – 14 February

According to Heart Research Australia, Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in Australia, killing three times more women than breast cancer and affecting 2 out of 3 families.

That’s why we are supporting Heart Research Australia by wearing RED on National Wear Red Day, Wednesday, February 14, 2018, to raise life-saving funds for heart research aimed at keeping hearts beating.

We also encourage you to WORK OUT in RED – Show the power of exercise and Heart Health on 14 February.

Send your pics of your red outfits and efforts – if you workout wearing red even better!!  PRIZES FOR BEST OUTFIT AND MOST MONEY RAISED!
