As our Sales Executive, your key responsibility is to convert incoming enquiries into registered students.

This role is perfectly suited to candidates with telesales or direct selling experience. Fitness industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. Comprehensive induction and training will be provided.

The role is full time and based in Prahran.

Responsibilities:

Convert incoming enquiries into registered students
Create relationships in the market to further sell our education services
Develop and sustain relationships with our key corporate partners
Handle incoming inquiries
Working to a set sales target
Proactively follow up existing inquiries

Essential Criteria:
Experience with face-to-face and/or telesales
Strong work ethic with an emphasis on call productivity
Experience in the fitness industry (preferable but not essential)
Experience in CRM data-entry.
Knowledge of SugarCRM (preferred)
Certificate III and IV in Fitness (advantageous)

You’ll be sales driven, goal focused and operate with both personal and professional integrity. You will meet sales targets with enthusiasm; have sound administrative skills and an excellent phone manner.
