Trigger point performance myofascial techniques (mct)
This Trigger Point course specialises in learning techniques to increase mobility, improve performance and muscle elasticity with an overall improvement in biomechanics. You will leave this course with intuitive and thorough knowledge of how to use and teach MCT to increase performance. You’ll get results that your clients will take notice of in your sessions.

- Introduction into TP Therapy and the benefits to yourself and clients
- Increase your knowledge on the benefits of TP and the body’s muscular system
- Learn how to release fascia to reduce discomfort and inflammation
- Learn techniques that can drastically improve mobility

Trigger Point – Foam Rolling Level 1 (GRID)
Self-myofascial release (SMR) has been shown to relieve muscle and joint pains and improve flexibility and range of motion. This 4-hour workshop teaches the fundamentals of myofascia, reviews the latest SMR research and then dives into the Trigger Point Performance SMR movement philosophy using the GRID foam roller.
Participants walk away with practical knowledge and hands-on experience coaching and cueing movements that can be scaled to all-levels of general health and athletic clients for pre- and post-workout foam rolling.
Please note – course price INCLUDES a GRID foam roller.
