PT Academy Fees and Policies

Students are given up to 12 months to complete each course separately. PT Academy suggests student schedule study plans to the following timeframes; SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness 12 months, SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness 12 months and SIS30315 Bridging Course 6 months.
The student tuition fees as published in our handbook are a guide only, as fees are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment such as monthly course offers or specials
All withdrawal, refund, extension, complaints and assessment appeals are to be made in writing using our Cases, Appeals, Refund and Extension Form.
The Personal Training Academy undertakes the following policies for students enrolled in PT Academy’s VET programs in accordance with the RTO’s terms and conditions and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) 2015.
Withdrawal and Refund requests
Students may come into unforeseen circumstances that may prevent them from completing their chosen courses, PTA have a policy in place that states what will determine grounds for a withdrawal and/or refund. PTA offer a 10 business day cooling off period from the time of enrolment, if a student wishes to cancel during this time, a $250 administration fee will apply.

Students are given 12 months to complete each course separately (Certificate III & IV) and the Bridging Course 6 months. Course extensions are aimed at students who are seeking an extended period allocated to their current study schedule due to exceptional circumstances.

Complaints and Assessment Appeals
PT Academy is required to have a policy and processes in place to manage and respond to allegations involving the conduct of staff, learners and third party training and assessment providers who provide services on behalf of PT Academy
