PT Academy Fees and Policies

Students are given up to 12 months to complete each course separately. PT Academy provides students with the following timeframes to complete each relevant course/pathway: Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) – 12 months, Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40215 or SIS40221) – 12 months, Career PT (Fast Track) pathway – 12 months.
The student tuition fees as published in our handbook are a guide only, as fees are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment such as monthly course offers or specials
All withdrawal, refund, extension, complaints and assessment appeals are to be made in writing using our Cases, Appeals, Refund and Extension Form.
The Personal Training Academy undertakes the following policies for students enrolled in PT Academy’s VET programs in accordance with the RTO’s terms and conditions and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) 2015.

Withdrawal and Refund requests
Any student wishing to withdraw from the course must request cancellation in writing with an explanation for your cancellation.
After enrolment into a PTA Training course, students have a 7-day cooling-off period in which they may apply for a full refund.
The enrolment date is created when the student’s payment information is verified with PTA Training. No refunds will be given after 7 days of the date of enrolment. In circumstances where a student has entered a payment plan for the payment of course fees and withdraws from the course after 7 days of the date of enrolment, the student will be liable for all payments.
Students are given 12 months to complete each course separately (Certificate III, Certificate IV and Career PT – Fast Track.) Course extensions are aimed at students who are seeking an extended period allocated to their current study schedule due to exceptional circumstances.
Complaints and Assessment Appeals
PT Academy is required to have a policy and processes in place to manage and respond to allegations involving the conduct of staff, learners and third party training and assessment providers who provide services on behalf of PT Academy
