PTA: What are some lessons you’ve learned from past experiences that you would like to shape you as a Personal Trainer?

Jade: I have learned that Personal Training is not just about loosing weight. There are so many people out there that think they’re too skinny and are very self conscious about the fact that people tell them to eat something. It’s just as offensive as telling someone to stop eating because they’re too fat.

To be able to help with the bulking or putting on weight can be just as rewarding.

PTA: What is your favourite fitness activity right now?

Jade: Weights! I love weights, especially 6-8rep bicep curls. That feeling of maxing out on the last repetition, and pushing through it, to go further and further!
