The The Unit SAS gym and fitness centre was established 3 months ago in Ringwood. They are a multi-use facility unlike any other training establishment in Australia. All of their senior staff are either former SAS vets or professional athletes.
The Unit is after PT’s and students who need to complete their work experience in order to gain their Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness (preferably from Personal Training Academy).
